Spring Reading Initiative, April and May

A school wide SSR Read-In is the final activity of the Spring Reading Initiative.  The entire Falk School community is invited to join in Sustained Silent Reading in the gym.  The Reading Chain is moved from the library to the gym on the morning of the Read-In.  The final Page Count is announced.  Parents are invited to join the students, teachers, and staff in this celebration of reading.   

Spring Reading Initiative materials are sent home at the end of March or early April.
